Chamarajanagar: This woman from Hosapodu colony in Chamarajanagar has a horn growing from her head.
All these years, due to poverty she did not go for treatment. However, the district Scheduled Tribes welfare department has now come forward to help the woman.

Soliga Madamma, from Hosapodu colony in Punajanoor gram panchayath is the woman suffering from this rare dicease.

It is learnt that from the last few years the horn grows, falls off and once again grows. The woman gets terrible headache until the horn falls of her head.

On learning about the woman, the Scheduled Tribes welfare officer Saraswati visited the woman’s house and has come forward to help the woman and get rid of the horn through surgery.
