Mysuru: CCB sleuths have arrested five persons who were involved in flesh trade at a lodge in the city and also rescued three women hailing from West Bengal.

Shivakumar (22), Anil Kumar, V K Tammesha (24), lodge receptionist Kumar (23) and Harish (30) are the arrested.

During the raid Rs 8,000 cash, 6 mobile phones and one two wheeler has been seized.

Based on credible information, CCB sleuths conducted a raid on Shrisai Residency on Halladakeri Kesavayyangar road. A case has been registered at Lashkar police station.

Investigations revealed that accused were bringing girls from Bengaluru and placing them in lodges in the city.
