Mysore :CCB police team have busted a prostitution ring and arrested eight persons and two girls here on August 15.

The business was carried on here at a ground floor of a house behind Bharath Cancer Hospital in Laxmikanthnagar in Hebbalu.

The arrested are Abdul Jameed, Fazal Rahman, Abdul Salam, Sajid, Falikal Haris, from Kerala, broker Lokesh and two girls from Nepal and Kolkatta.

The raid was carried out under CCB inspector Suraj, Jagadish, constables Jayasheelan, Ayimpasha participated in the raid.

A case is registered in Vijayanagar police station.
