Mandya : State govt has handed over the case of illegal site allotment that has surfaced in the Mandya Urban Development Authority (MUDA) to the CBI.

Commissioner Mathai K had submitted report on the  MUDA site scam to the state. Minsiter Ambareesh and several other politicians are believed to be involved in the scam.

CBI officials has been asked to submit a report within three days.

Lawyer Sathyananda had complained about the scam.
