Mysuru: Vasavi club and Sri Brindavanam Mysuru a wing of vasavi clubs International with the motto “Together We Can”, held a “Candle March Walkathon” on March 7.

Keeping this vision of unity the club organized “Candle March Walkathon” which is coinciding with the Women’s Day on March 8 with the theme “Join Hand to Hand for Women Safety”

The event was inagurated by V Srinivas Prasad District Incharge Minister and State Revenue Minister, Pushpa Amarnath President ZP, H M Krishna Murphy President Karnataka State Journalists Federation and others were present.

The Candle March started from the Scouts and Guides Ground and ends at Mahatma Gandhi Statue.
