Mysuru: “A defamation suit will be filed against Premakumari, a Second Division Assistant at the Taluk Office here, for lodging a false complaint against former Minister S. A. Ramdas’ personnel assistant Madhusudhan”, informed City BJP General Secretary V. Somasundar.

Addressing a press meet on Sunday November 16, Somasundar who released a CD containing the footage of events that took place at Ramadas’ office in Vidyaranyapuram, said that the footage clearly shows that Madhusudhan has not misbehaved with Premakumari.

The alleged incident is said to have happened when Premakumari visited Ramdas’ office on Wednesday.

Alleging that Premakumari has been blackmailing by filing false complaints, Somasundar said he suspected Premakumari to be doing this with the support of some politicians and added that the CD has been given to the Police to prove that her claims are false.

Alleging that Premakumari is a habitual blackmailer, Somasundar claimed that she had earlier lodged a false complaint against Balu of Chikmagalur.

It may be mentioned here that Premakumari has filed a case against Ramadas’ personnel Assistant Madhusudhan a few days ago, charging him with outraging her modesty, after Madhusudhar filed a complaint against her for trespassing into the office.
