Ajay Rao, Shravya spread the fragrance of ‘Rose’ in Mysore

Mysore : Sandalwood stars Ajay Rao, known as the Krishna of Kannada filmdom and  Shravya were in Mysore on Tuesday July 15 for promotion of their latest film ‘Rose.’

The film   brought out under the banner of Shree Bhairaveshwara Film Planet’s  9 Thought Film Cinemas  was released on July 4 and is being successfully screened across the state.

The lead pair along with producer Tarun Shivappa, Director HR Sahana and other  film cast  visited Chamundeshwari Temple and offered prayers to the Goddess early in the morning before  setting out  to promote the film.

The team visited the Sadvidya School and College and Maharaja College and promoted the film by symbolically gifting Rose to the students.

Speaking to reporters  at Woodland Theatre in the evening, Ajay Rao said he was immensely pleased to see the enthusiastic response of viewers for the film. He  thanked the people of Mysore for their encouragement and added he has the satisfaction of giving his best in the film.

Producer Tarun Shivappa who also spoke, said the film shooting which had begun in Mysore, had to face non-co-operation of nature.But the team was happy with the  warmth with which the people of Mysore supported them, he added.

Shravya Das, the heroine of the film, Director HS Sahana, Bhairava and others were present.
