Mysuru: In a tragic accident, a young doctor from the city was killed on spot when he lost control over his car and hit a tree on Hunsur road on Sunday, July 17.
Dr Darshan (35), owner of Prerana hospital in Kuvempunagara is the deceased.

The incident took place when Darshan was heading towards home after duty on Sunday night. He lost the control over the car he was driving at a junction near Jaladarshini in Kalamandir and hit a tree on the roadside. Darshan suffered severe head injuries and died on the spot.

A case has been registered at V V Puram police station and further investigation is on.
