Shivamogga: BJP National General Secretary C. T. Ravi has said that if the Congress Government comes to power, there will be an increase in murder and extortion. Reacting to Ravi’s remarks, Opposition Leader Siddaramaiah said, “C. T. Ravi is a communal fellow. I won’t answer him. He doesn’t understand the principle of secularism and Constitution. I won’t keep answering him,” he said.
Speaking to mediapersons here, he said, “They are calling me,” when asked about invitations from other constituencies to contest the elections. I have also applied and left it to the High Command. I will contest in the place where it will ask me to,” he said.
“Social justice as well as victory have to be taken into consideration in the case of applications from multiple people to the same Constituency. The communal party, the Manuvadi party, should be removed. The country and the State will not survive with them. This is the opinion of our workers,” he said.
