Shivamogga: The continuing heavy downpour in the district has caused another landslide in the Agumbe Ghat.

The embankment on the fourteenth curve of the Agumbe Ghat gave away causing a minor landslide. As a preventive measure, police officials have installed barricades in the spot. The landslide occurred a few meters away from sunset viewpoint in the Ghat.

The traffic was briefly held up and has now returned to normalcy, said reports.
