Hassan: The Deputy Commissioner of Hassan, Akram Pasha has been transferred with immediate effect, here on Saturday, March 30.

Priyanka Mary Francis is appointed as the new DC here.

Akram Pasha is transferred based on a complaint filed by the Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Preetham Gowda to the Election Commission, regarding his conduct.

After the Election Commission accepted the complaint, Pasha was transferred.

Akram Pasha was appointed as DC after Rohini Sindhuri was transferred on February 22.
