Chikkamagaluru: The three main parties have not worked hard for the development of Adi Dravida society. So people of our society should become people’s representatives. In this regard CPI Party candidate in Mudigere Constituency Ramesh Kelaguru is a member of our Adi Dravida Samaj and the State Secretary of Adi Dravida Samaj, said Ramesh U.
He said in a press conference that the people of Adi Dravida society are mostly wage labourers, and none of the parties that have ruled so far have the mentality of providing them houses to live in, land to work and jobs to support the family. They are also deprived of government facilities, he noted.
“It is possible to see the development of the society only if the people of our society get position in Gram Panchayat, Taluk Panchayat, Zilla Panchayat, and the like. So the candidate of our society are contesting in Sullia, Madikeri and Mudigere Assembly Constituencies in the State and thus I appeal the people of the community to give him full support.
State Vice President Suresh B said that the Adi Dravida Samaj in Mudigere Constituency is present in all Hoblis. Due to this the candidate of our society, Ramesh Kelaguru, will try his best to be a good candidate, he said.
