Chikkamagaluru: Vaishnavi, a class IX student of Mudigere Town, died of a heart attack on Saturday October 29.

Her parents then decided to donate their daughter’s eyes. However, the locals were angry with the authorities and the institution for not appearing even though it was late night.

Following the anger of the locals, a team of officials arrived and completed the process of donating the eyes.
