K’taka makes institutional quarantine mandatory for people travelling from Kerala

Mangaluru: The State government has decided to make compulsory institutional quarantine for people travelling from Kerala.

On the eighth day, people under quarantine should do RT-PCR test.

According to sources, night curfew will continue from 9.00 pm to 5 am in Dakshina Kannada and Kodagu districts.

The Karnataka government earlier this month decided to implement weekend curfew in places bordering Kerala and Maharashtra.
