In Karnataka, Tata Power, one of the major power firms in India, is spearheading the push for efficient and sustainable transportation.

Throughout the state, more than 220 EV charging stations have been installed.

With RFID card transactions, this network, named EZ Charge, makes it simpler for consumers to charge their electric vehicles without any hassles.

Conveniently located along important highways that connect Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Davangere, and Mysuru are these charging stations.

Even popular tourist destinations like Chikmagalur and Coorg have their areas set up. These chargers are available in locations like Taj, Park, Oberoi, Gokulam Hotels, Tata Croma, and Tanishq in addition to major towns like Mangaluru, Mysuru, Hubli, and more.

Tata Power has more than 150 charging stations in Bengaluru, which are dispersed around neighborhoods including Electronic City and Devanahalli. This implies that city dwellers can recharge their EVs without traveling too far.

Additionally, to install charging stations in residential areas, Tata Power has partnered with builders and societies including Brigade Gardenia and Divyashree Elan Homes. Additionally, the company is collaborating with well-known brands like Titan and Decathlon to ensure that EV charging is accessible in more locations.

In addition to encouraging more people to convert to electric vehicles, Tata Power’s strategic placement of charging stations furthers Karnataka’s environmental mission.

In the realm of electric vehicles, Tata Power is in the forefront, collaborating closely with Indian governments. They are enabling universal access to e-mobility through a broad network spanning 530 cities, 86,000 household chargers, and 5,300 public charging stations. Tata Power is making sure that EV charging is always accessible, from hotels to highways.
