Koppal: Former Minister and Congress District President Shivaraja Thangadagi on Monday April 17 submitted his nomination papers to returning officer Sameer Mulla as the Congress candidate from Kanakagiri Assembly constituency.

He arrived at the election office at KPS High School here and filed his nomination papers.
In the morning, he arrived at the election office here along with thousands of party workers from the front of Suvarnagiri Samsthana Matha through Rajastreet and Sri Kanakachalapathi Temple.

“The BJP is a bundle of lies. Your son Shivaraja has done pro-people work in Thangadagi constituency. With just a few days left for the Assembly elections, you have to give me strength and make me win in the elections with a huge margin,” he said.
