Koppal: In a tragic incident, a farmer died at Kalakeri Village in Kanakagiri Taluk of the District.

Basavaraj Nayak (45) is the farmer who resorted to suicide.

The farmer died suicide by jumping into a lake on the outskirts of the Village after taking a loan of Rs. 2.15 lakh from a bank.

A case has been registered at Kanakagiri Police Station.
