Kalaburagi: Minister for Mines and Geology Murugesh Nirani has asked state to extend the statewide lockdown by another 10 days

Speaking to media persons here on Monday May 17, he said that the cases in the rural areas on an increase though the Covid – 19 cases in the cities have seen a drop last weekend. And therefore, I feel that it is good that the state-wide lockdown by another 10 days and have conveyed the same to Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa.

Speaking on rise of black fungus cases in Kalaburagi, he said that necessary steps will be taken to prevent the spread.
