Hulsur: In a heart-wrenching incident, a four-month-old female fetus was found dumped on the roadside in Hulsur Taluk of Bidar district. The miscreants had committed the gruesome act of aborting the fetus and discarded it.

The incident came to light at midnight on July 23. Hulsoor Police Station officials visited the Kudalur site and conducted an investigation. The post-mortem examination was conducted at Hulsoor Government Hospital.
