Bidar: Unable to repay loans taken by various societies and banks for agricultural work on time, a farmer dies by suicide by consuming poison at Udabal Village in the Taluk on Sunday January 15.

The deceased has been identified as Hanamantha Maruthi Rupanor (43), a resident of Udabala Village. He died by suicide by consuming poison in his farm as he could not repay the loans taken from various associations and banks on time.

A case has been registered at Chittaguppa Police Station in this regard.
