SC dismisses J Reddy’s plea to campaign for brother in Ballari

Bellari/New Delhi: The country’s apex court on May 4, dismissed a plea to permit G Janardhan Reddy, BJP leader, to campaign for his brother G Somashekhar Reddy, in Bellari.

The mining baron has also been prevented from voting from Bellari in the upcoming Assembly elections in which his brother will be contesting.

Finding no merit either of his pleas, the Supreme Court dismissed them today.
