Ballari: The district administration, District Panchayat’s Women and Child Welfare Development Department, and Health and Family Welfare Department are working in cooperation to improve the well-being of children in Ballari and to protect children from the impact of the upcoming Covid 3rd wave.

A child care center was opened on Tuesday June 8 at the BCM hostel on the city’s Talur road, said deputy director of the Women and Child Development Department in a statement.

She informed that rural MLA B. Nagendra will be attending the Children’s Health Check-up camp at the Balachaitanya Child Care Center, which is being undertaken by the district for the betterment of infants.
