Chittaguppa: A tragic incident occurred on Monday when a JESCOM lineman, identified as Baburao Shivaraja (23) from Kudambal village in the taluk, lost his life due to electrocution.
He was employed as a lineman responsible for Kudambal, Rampur, and Madnala villages and was in the midst of repairing a damaged power line near Seenu Reddy Naganakera’s field in Mustari village when the electrocution occurred, resulting in his untimely demise. The local police station has registered a case in connection with the incident.
