Hubballi: “Former chief minister Yeddyurappa is helpless and hence he is speaking whatever comes in his mind. There are several cases against him in the court. The internal conflict within his party has made him speak against our government”, Siddaramaiah said on Thursday in Hubballi.
“In the month of August, I have written to prime minister Modi to waive banks borrowed from nationalised banks. But still there is no reply. Let Yeddyurappa request to waive loans of farmers, he challenged.
He also said that the cabinet extension will be done after Rahul Gandhi’s state visit. It will be decided once Congress vice president’s visit to the state.
“Already, the state government has directed to waive long term loans from cooperative banks”, he added.
