Kodagu: An Indian cricket team fan succumbed to cardiac arrest on the night of Sunday October 24 reportedly from  Doddamalthe Village in Somwarpete Taluk of Kodagu district.

The deceased has been identified as  D. A. Udaya (55), a coffee grower. It is said that the deceased Udaya was waiting since days to watch India – Pakistan T20 cricket match.

However, ln Sunday when India lost the match he suffered a cardiac arrest and died on way to Somwarpete Government Hospital.
