Udupi: A 25-year old youth was killed after the bike he was riding skidded near Moodubelle here late night on Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as Henil Mathias (25), son of Henry and Leena Mathias, residents of Shirva.

According to the reports, Henil was riding home after attending a Christmas party at his relative’s house. On his way back to Shirva, the bike he was riding reportedly skidded and hit against a tree near Moodubelle. The rider died on the spot.

It’s learnt that Henil was working in Saudi Arabia and returned to his hometown on holiday.
