Karkala: In a tragic accident, a youth was killed near Nellikaru Pajigudde on Karkal- Belthangadi highway on June 25.

Abdul Azeez (23) from Kerwase is the deceased.

The accident occured when the youth was heading towards his relative’s house in a car. A speeding private bus rammed into his car killing him on spot.

Aziz is the only son among five children and was a sole breadwinner in the family.

A case has been registered at Karkala Rural police station.
