Udupi: Following an IT raid at the Badagubettu Credit Co-operative Society Ltd, General Manager Jayakar Shetty, in his clarification has stated that the IT sleuths have not found anything illegal in the bank.The IT sleuths had raided the bank on February 1 and probed till February 3.

Shetty said that during the three-day operation, the IT sleuths verified various documents related to the bank and found nothing suspicious or illegal in the bank’s transactions.

“We have been transparent in our transactions.Post demonetisation, we have adhered to the RBI guidelines strictly,” he said.
