Udupi: The Government Employees’ Association has announced that they will stage a protest on March 1 to press for their demands.

District In-Charge Minister Kota Srinivas Poojary said the Chief Minister will address the issue keeping everything in mind.

Speaking to mediapersons at an event in Nandawala, he said that the protest by Government employees will naturally create problems. We will tackle all that and solve the problem,” he said.

He said, “We are building a super speciality hospital in the heart of Kumta. We have made an announcement in the Budget so that we can be sure of this issue.”

Replying to a question, Kota Srinivas Poojary said the Chief Minister will visit the District in the coming days and lay the foundation stone for the construction of the hospital.
