Udupi: The doctors of Karkala Government Hospital constructed at a cost of Rs. 8 Crore to benefit poor patients, have been accused of dereliction of duty.

Sri Rama Sene Chief Pramod Muthalik made a surprise visit to the Taluk Government Hospital on the morning of Monday March 27. He collected information about the grievances of the hospital with the patients and their relatives.

Following widespread complaints from the public about the hospital, he urged the hospital administration to take appropriate action and warned them to give up the tendency to play with the lives of the poor.
