Udupi: The cut-outs installed in front of the Congress Bhavan in violation of the model code of conduct were removed by the election authorities today. Two cut-outs of Udupi constituency candidate Prasad Raj Kanchan were installed in front of The Congress Bhavan. The banner had a mention of the Congress manifesto and promises. The cut-out was removed by the authorities in the wake of it being a violation of the model code of conduct. Banners belonging to the Aam Aadmi Party have also been removed by the authorities.
