Rs. 1.09 lakh Britain Bull – the new attraction of Udupi

Udupi: The recent attraction is the new dog in city that has won may hearts with his tiny little paws and utterly lazy behavior – it is a Britain Bull owned by Alwin Barnes.

Alwin Barnes bought the breed for Rs. 1.09 lakh. The breed was imported from Scotland to Mumbai yesterday and later brought to Udupi.

“It is the most costly dog in the district and I want to show it to the people here”, said Barnes flaunting the dog, speaking to NewsKarnataka.

He also informed that the dog is just 80 days old and the breed can grow up to 1.25 feet height and 26 inch length. Alwin belong to Gundibail Udupi, he has a kennel, an establishment with 18 varieties of breeds in it. He has been in this business from 13 years.

The dog was brought from Scotland with special order by Tejas Kamat son of Gurudhatt and Nirmala Kamath from Kadri, Mangaluru.

Tejas who will be buying the dog from Barnes, said that “I love dogs since childhood, however my parents are not so found still they supported me to order this breed”.

“The breed is very rare, it does not bark, it is good to grow as a home, I am happy to see it”, said a joyful Tejas who is in his first year of BBM
