Poojary comes down heavily on BJP and Modi govt; demands action against its tainted MPs

Udupi: The former parliamentarian and senior Congres leader B Janardhan Poojary said Modi’s Man ki baat has turned out to be monkeybath and deserves no value.

Speaking to reporters here in the city Poojary said PM Modi has become burden of words assuring false promises to the people in the country. His government which has embraced corporate culture, is least bothered about the layman in society. The Modi government is at the hike of corruption and thus deceiving the people in the name of sincerity, transparency and commitments.

He lambasted at the ruling central government and said that it would no longer be the favourite of the people as they are fed up with false promises and false public appearnaces of Modi. The people of India who gave complete majority to BJP are lamenmting over their decision and acche din dialogues by Narendra Modi are absolute false, he quipped.

Criticising the decreased budgetary allocations in the budget for agriculture by the Modi government, Poojary said that it has failed to understand the nerve of the Indian economy. He also came down heavily over safeguarding tainted ministers and members of BJP like Vasundararje, Sushma Swaraj, Smriti Irani, Pankaja Munde, he said Modi government and his party are answerable to the public who brought them to the power.

Whosoever involved in the Lalit Modi case should be brought under the court of law, Poojary said whether it is Congress, BJP or any other political party, whoever is found guilty of supporting anti-national elements and activities should be punished, he said.
