Karkala : Municipal councilor Prakash Rao filed a complaint at the city police station for damaging a banner.

A banner was put with the permission of Muncipal authority congragulating Modi and New MP Shobha Karandlaje. But some miscreants have damaged the banner.

Prakash Rao in his complaint has stated that they have humiliated the political leaders.
