The delay in salary disbursement has had a severe impact on their ability to sustain themselves, as reported by the employees.
The issue of untimely salary payments has caused substantial difficulties for the staff. They are working on an outsourced basis through a company called SRK, their payment schedule involves withholding salaries for two months and then releasing the payment for the subsequent month. This arrangement has significantly hindered their livelihood. The employees have reached out to both local MLAs and district collectors, urging a resolution, but the matter remains unresolved.
