Kaup: In a tragic incident, a 24-year-old woman lost her life and one has been left in a critical condition when the car in which they were travelling with three others hit an electric pole. The incident reportedly occurred on Friday, September 11 afternoon in Kaup.

The deceased woman is identified as Ashritha Saldanha. The person driving the car, Nihal Dinesh (24) is in a critical condition. Three others who were in the car – Anish, Ninad, and Atharva – were injured and are receiving treatment in a hospital.

A per reports, five people were plying in a Maruti-Suzuki car from Mumbai to Mangaluru when the incident occurred.
