Udupi: The swearing-in ceremony of the voters for fishermen was held in a special way in the middle of the river by the Sweep Committee at Koderi under Kirimanjeshwara gram panchayat limits of Byndoor assembly constituency.
District level sweep committee nodal officer Anitha, Prabhu Swamy, panchayat development officer and staff were present on the occasion.
