Udupi: AN elderly man died while crossing a road as he was hit by a passing car on Thursday, October 18 in Padubidri. The man was identified to be Rama K Kunder and was of 92 years of age.

He worked as the president of Mulki Milk Producers Cooperative society and was also a member of the Padubidri panchayat.

As per the reports, Kunder was crossing a road when he was overrun by the car, no details regarding the car were available but the Padubidri police have registered a case.
