Karkala: A 21-year-old youth died after his bike collided head-on a private bus at Subbannakatte Cross near Mudradi here on Sunday, April, 21.

Rakshan Acharya, son of Nithyananda Acharya, a resident of Mudradi is deceased. He was a carpenter by profession.

The bus was plying to Udupi from Hebri when the mishap took place. Rakshan suffered serious head injuries and died on the spot.

Hebri Police are investigating the case.
