Hebri: A sorrowful incident occurred on the evening of November 12 in Chara village of Hebri taluk, where a young man, Sachin (35), lost his life after accidentally falling into a well near Chara Basadi. The unfortunate incident took place while he was attempting to light a lamp in a field and near the well during the Diwali celebrations.
