Mangaluru : Mrs. Geetha D, a lawyer who works in Mangalore, , passed the oral exam after passing the civil judge selection exam administered by the Karnataka High Court in November 2023. The Karnataka High Court announced her selection as a civil judge in a circular on February 23, 2024.
After completing her education at Alva’s Educational Institutions in Moodabidri, Mrs. Geeta D. went on to study law at SDM Law College in Mangalore. After completing her legal studies, she worked as a junior attorney at the law office of two well-known Mangalorean attorneys, Mr. Mayura Keerthi and Mr. Sarath Kumar B.
Mr. Karthik Macchila, an advocate, is the husband of Mrs. Geetha D. She is the daughter of Smt. Komala and Sri D. Kombe Gowda.
