The high court of Karnataka has now passed a circular declaring advocate Geeta D as a civil judge. Having pursued her graduate degree at the Alva’s Institute in Moodbidri, Geeta passed both the oral test as well as the civic judge exam in 2023, after which she began practicing her profession as a junior lawyer in the city.
As a junior lawyer, Geeta has proved herself with services in the offices of some well known advocates like Sharath Kumar B and Mayuri Keerthi.
Geeta is the daughter of D Kombegowda and Komala and is married to Karthik Machila, who like her, is also an advocate.
