Mangalore :  The centenary celebrations of the Dakshina Kannada Buntara  yane Nadavara Mathra Sangha and the  World Bunts Conference will be held at Bunts Hostel in Mangalore on May 9 at 5.30 pm, informed Maladi Ajith Kumar Rai, President of the Sangha.

Addressing press persons at the AJ Shetty Hall in the city on Tuesday May 6, he said  the  programmes are organised with the objective of working for the overall development of the community.

The Bunts Hostel Circle which has been renovated to mark the centenary of the Sangha will be dedicated to the Mangalore City Corporation on May 9 at 5 pm, he said.

 Rai said he will be presiding over the programme which will be participated among others by B Ramanatha Rai, District in-charge Minister, Nalin Kumar Kateel, MP, Jayaprakash Hegde, MP, Mahabala Maarla, Mayor, N Vinay Hegde, Chancellor of Nitte University, AJ Shetty, Chairman of AJ Group of Institutions,  CA Shanker Shetty, President of Mumbai Buntara Sangha, Dr KR Shetty, Trustee of World Bunts Foundation Trust, Prakash Shetty, MD of M.R.G.
