The deceased Shakuntala was a vice president of Sarapady gram panchayat, while none of the government officers or peoples representatives visited the bereaved family even at least for courtesy sake, said the Committee president Lokesh Shanti.  He also urged the health department to take preventive measures in not repeating such tragedies in the future, urged Shanti.
