Kasargod: Two friends were killed on the spot, when a lorry and Bullet motorbike collided on the National Highway at Chowki Kalangai on February 8.

The deceased are identified as M P Lukachhan (53) and Vijayan (38), natives of Kundapur , residing in Bheemanady area.

The accident took place when they were returning from Kundapur to Bheemanady in Kasargod.

Vijayan was employed at a hotel in Kasargod.

Their bodies have been shifted to Kasargod General Hospital mortuary.
