Mangalore: The Tulu movie ‘Barke’ produced under Sri Renuka Chitra banner will be released on Friday February 14 on the occasion of Valentine’s Day.

This was announced at a press meet on Thursday February 14 here at Press Club.Santhosh Shetty, producer Suresh Reddy, director Bharath Krishna, actors Nagaraj, Ashwin, Shrikanth, Balachandra, Meghana, Revanna Siddayya, and cinematographer Mutturaj shared the dais.

The movie was shot in 20 days in different places like Barke, Mannagudda, Urwa, Kadri, Ullal, Sultan Battery, Bharat Mall, Hampankatta, Bunder, Bolur, Gandhinagar, Ladyhill, Urwa Store, Lalbagh, and other places. The movie revolves around a real life incident that  took place at Barke.
