Mangaluru: Outgoing Mangaluru City Police Commissioner Vipul Kumar today i.e. June 18 handed over the charge back to T R Suresh. 

 

T R Suresh had been transferred during the elections returned to his earlier posting as the Mangaluru City Police Commissioner.
