Kasargod: A school teacher died on the spot after his bike collided with a tipper truck near Seethangoli Kukharikanda on September 6.
Ubaid(35), a resident of Kuntaru and a teacher in Puttige Muhimmath school is identified as the deceased.

The incident occurred when Ubaid was heading for work. The tipper truck moving from Perla towards Seethangoli hit Ubaid’s bike head on, killing him on the spot. Kumble police have registered a case in this regard and the body has been sent for post mortem.

The school has declared a holiday for mourning Ubaid’s death. He was teaching in Muhimmath school since 2008.
