Moodabidri: Three day literary and cultural extravaganza, ‘Alvas Nudisiri 2-16’, national-level convention hosted by Alva’s Education Foundation, Moodbidri, will be held on November 18, 19 and 20 at the Rathnakaravarni vedike, announced Alva’s Education Foundation Chairman Dr M Mohan Alva on Wednesday, August 31.

Addressing a press meet Chairman of Alva’s Foundation Mohan Alva briefed about the programme. The 13th Nudisiri will be held on the theme, ‘Karnataka -Nalegala Nirmana’ along with conferences on poetry and Kannada literature. Kavi samaya-kavi namana, will be held with a new title ‘Nanna kathe-Nimma jothe’ and the segment will focus on introducing artists to the audience.

The festival will be inaugurated on November 18 and the valedictory function will be held on November 20. To be the volunteers for the festival one can register themselves by paying Rs 100 and for the students it will be free. For more details, interested can contact 08258-261229.
