Mangaluru: The bodies of 23-year-old Taushil and 19-year-old Prineetha Suvarna, who died after their car fell into river Phalguni at Tannirbavi were handed over to their respective families on Wednesday, May 13.
 
On Tuesday, May 12, Taushil, an engineering graduate and a resident of Falnir along with his friend Prineetha, a resident of Karwar was on his way to Tannirbavi beach in his new car.
 
Taushil who lost control over the car after he overtook a motorcycle, broke the barricade and fell into the river. The duo died on the spot. Prineetha who had answered her P U examinations was in Mangaluru on vacation and was residing with her garndmother.
